When does LocumHire open to nurses?
Nursing is our Phase 4 expansion. We are accepting waitlist signups now so we can launch with a verified pool from day one. We expect to open NMC-verified registrations in 2026.
What kind of shifts will be supported?
We are planning support for NHS trust bank, private healthcare, community nursing, and care home shifts. Initial filters will include ward type, postcode radius, IR35/SDS status, and shift type (day, night, twilight, on-call).
Will mandatory training be tracked?
Yes. The digital passport on the roadmap will store CSTF completion dates, OH clearance, DBS, and trust-specific training so you don't redo it every assignment.
Will I see the rate before vs after agency mark-up?
Yes. Transparent rate display is the core promise of LocumHire — whether the engagement is direct-engagement (DE) or via the platform.
How do I get notified about specific wards?
On launch you'll be able to set shift alerts by ward type (e.g. A&E, ITU, surgical, paediatrics, community) and postcode radius from your home.
